Door County Christkindlmarkt

This holiday season, the Sister Bay Historical Society will host Door County’s second annual Christkindlmarkt, or Christmas market. Starting the last weekend in November, Christkindlmarkt will showcase vendors selling handcrafted, made-in-Door County goods, with food booths selling northern European fare. The market is scheduled to be open November 24-26, December 1-3, and December 8-10 in 2023.

Holiday markets are popular throughout the world, and they are a wonderful place for a family outing, finding treasures made by local artisans, and purchasing that perfect gift.

The event will be held at the Corner of the Past Museum, a beautiful recreation of a pioneer homestead in the late 19th century.
