There is a first-floor powder room, first floor laundry room, large deck with seating for big groups, a grill, and a half acre backyard. New basement construction adds 2 additional bedrooms, rec. room with pool table & shuffleboard along with another 75” Smart TV, 7th full bath and 2nd set of W/D.

Our home was formerly the Sister Bay Baptist Church. The property was donated to the church in 1882 by J.J. Wiltse and the first church was built. In 1916 the original church was demolished and the congregation built a new church on the site. In 1975 the Baptist church built a new church in Sister Bay. The old church was sold and remained vacant until 2001 when it was purchased by a local individual, who immediately began the task of gutting and completely renovating the church to be a second family home. The exterior appearance of the church was maintained but as the photos show the interior has completely changed.

Maple Manor is available for year-round rentals, great for Holiday gatherings, Family gatherings, Retreats, Social Clubs, Work Meetings and Group getaways. Total of 7,000 Sq. ft. of living space, you will not be disappointed.
