WILL HOLD TWO MEMORIAL DAY CEREMONIES ON MONDAY, MAY 27th, AND YOU AND
YOURS ARE CORDIALLY INVITED!!!!
A brief "laying of the wreath ceremony" will be conducted at 9:00 A.M. by
the Veterans' Memorial on the corner of Mill Road and Hwy. 42. Then at 10:30
A.M. everyone will go out to the Little Sister Cemetery on Little Sister

the USS Mobil Bay, and our Assemblyman and Post 527 Service Officer, Garey

veterans will then be read by Don and Davis Sitte, and well known buglar
Dale Seaquist will play taps for the 66th consecutive year. The service will
conclude with the singing of "God Bless America", led by Amanda Larson of
Ephraim. The Village of Sister Bay is a friendly, thriving community where residents and visitors alike enjoy the natural beauty of its surroundings enhanced by well-maintained parks and the natural environment. The unique charm of the Village’s waterfront, library and businesses are enjoyed and utilized by all. As Northern Door County's year-round village, it balances the needs of a growing retirement community, while attracting and supporting its younger population with a viable economy. The Village has carefully controlled growth to maintain its charm, character and natural beauty.

consultant Vandewalle & Associates, is in the process of developing a
Downtown Redevelopment Plan & Implementation Strategy to advance downtown
revitalization. Once completed, the Plan will present site redevelopment
concepts, strategies, and implementation priorities for key sites in the
Village-identified downtown area. The final plan document will be a
user-friendly, marketing style document to be used in implementation to
